Any B&B accommodation reservation requires one full nights deposit per room. Booking direct via this website or calling us at 519 271 7498 will always guarantee you the best rate & best room preference.
Rectory - 2 night minimum on weekends ($230 plus tax, per night)
Coach House - 2 night minimum always ($280 plus tax, per night)
Tax on all accommodation in Ontario is 13%. Prices are in Canadian.
A note for our U.S. guests: Your dollar goes further! 1 USD = 1:32CAD based on exchenge rate on February 13 2019. Rates will fluctuate. Check at xe.com.
Savings? We are a bed and breakfast, not a hotel so expect more. Your share of 1gb unlimited high speed wi-fi with typical 5Ghz Download speeds of 250Mbps and Upload at 30Mbps
Parking and breakfast are all complimentary. We do not charge the tourist destination fee of about 3% or any form of resort fee.

We have free private parking at the B&B for our guests and appreciate one car per guest room, please.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit refunded if cancelled 14 days or more prior to your arrival - less a $25 administration fee.

NEW in 2019 Rosalind's Retreat or Orlando's Hideaway are our new offsite homes on Cobourg street. Premium one or two bedroom self contained accommodations. Suitable for one, two or three couples travelling together.
No tax required for our two offsite apartments, just sayin'! Everything is included-parking, wi-fi/Ethernet, netflix, private verandahs, garden, kitchens, premium bedding and toiletries etc.
